Saro was established in 1981 to fulfill the growing demand for handmade decorative lace accessories. Over the years, the Saro family of employees has built a thriving business on the principles of quality, value, selection, service and best price.
Throughout the years, the Saro line has become more sophisticated and the designs have exploded in variety. Traditional home textiles in delicate laces in the European tradition are still the basis of the Saro line, but the addition of a multitude of contemporary textiles in varied textures, spanning the wide range from napkin rings to table throws to bedcovers, supplement the selection of textiles into full collections. Saro's nationwide showrooms can only attempt to house this large variety of choices. The seasonal catalogs are updated closely to reflect the changing trends and the globalization of the market.
The question we are often asked is, "How do you stay fresh?" It takes innovation, it takes trend setting, it takes experience, but mostly, it takes listening to our customers. They are the gauges of the market firsthand, and they are invaluable in updating and expanding our line to the next level.

They have come to expect the sophistication that is the hallmark of the Saro line. Constantly updating our selections to reflect the latest trends, while keeping the quality of our products at their invariably high standing, makes us unique in our industry.
Best design at the best price is the foundation of all our relations. Period. We have never lost sight of this mandate. We offer a mix of products that affords something for every budget, from the everyday assortments to the limited collections, yet the underlying philosophy still stresses the best possible value for the price.

Purchase Terms

All first orders are shipped under prepaid conditions [credit card, check, wire transfer].
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Prepaid orders are processed upon check clearance.
Credit card orders are processed after full credit card information is received.
Credit cards are preauthorized 1-5 days before shipment for order amount and estimated freight, and billed on the day shipment is made.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Net 30 terms are available after the first order and are subject to credit approval.
A complete credit form with a minimum of four trade references is needed.
Credit process takes approximately 7 business days.
Net 30 invoices cannot be settled with credit cards on the due dates.
Net 30 terms are only available to domestic customers.
All international orders must be shipped under prepaid conditions.
Returned checks are subject to $25 service fee.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Burbank, California.
Freight, insurance, and handling charges are added to the invoice.
All refused shipments will be charged the appropriate freight fees and a $25 service fee.

Back Orders

All out-of-stock items are automatically back ordered, unless otherwise instructed.
All back orders below $50 are automatically cancelled, unless otherwise instructed.
All back orders not shipped within 60 days of the invoice date are automatically cancelled, unless otherwise instructed.

Return Policy

We are proud of our selection and we want you to be perfectly satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or an exchange for your order within 30 days of invoice date.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns beyond 30 days of invoice date.
Returns are not allowed without prior authorization.
