  • Our Policies

  • Orders

  • Saro is a wholesale distributor. Registration is required to view prices and place orders. We also accept orders by email, phone, fax and in our showrooms. 

  • The minimum opening order amount is $300. Reorder minimums are $150. Orders placed online have no minimum reorder amount.

  • Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can return your items within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange. 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your invoice number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • Backorders

  • All out-of-stock items will be automatically back-ordered unless otherwise instructed. We will provide an estimated shipping date for back-ordered items when possible. 

  • If you would like to cancel a backorder, please contact us as soon as possible. If the total value of your backorder is below $50 or if the items cannot be fulfilled within 60 days of the invoice date, the items will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise instructed. 

  • You may provide instructions on backorder cancellation dates when placing your order or by contacting us directly. We will make every effort to fulfill backorders as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

  • Shipping

  • We offer shipping through FedEx Ground to all destinations within the contiguous United States. All products are shipped from our Burbank, California warehouse. 

  • You can also schedule to pickup your order from our Burbank, California warehouse. 

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products being shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

  • Payments

  • All first orders must be shipped under prepaid conditions, which can be made through credit card, check, or ACH/wire transfer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Prepaid orders will be processed once payment has cleared or the credit card has been preauthorized.
  • Credit card orders will be preauthorized 1-5 business days before shipment for the order amount and estimated freight. The credit card will be billed on the day of shipment.

    We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

    Net 30 terms are available for domestic customer after the first order and are subject to credit approval. Customers who wish to apply for Net 30 terms must contact our Accounts Receivable department. The credit approval process may take up to 7 business days. Net 30 invoices cannot be settled with credit cards on the due dates.

    International orders must be shipped under prepaid conditions.

    Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.
